Once again, the Chaldean bishops take to heart the case of their Chaldean people and demand inclusion of Chaldeans in the Iraqi Governing Council and governmental institutions. A total of 19 Chaldean Bishops representing the Chaldean Patriarchy of Babylon added their signature to this historical document. Below is a copy of the letter sent to Ambassador L. Paul Bremer, Civil Administrator of Iraq in which the Chaldean Bishops outline their position on the role of Chaldeans in new Iraq.
